Soul AI is a pioneering company backed by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, focusing on high-quality human-curated data and AI-first operations. We seek a Biology PhD to annotate data and refine AI models using RLHF and SFT techniques in a fully remote role with flexible hours.

You will annotate biology data, provide feedback on AI outputs for scientific accuracy, help develop problems and solutions for AI training, and collaborate with researchers to advance biology AI.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Biology.
• Experience in Biology education, research, or content creation preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
