Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Chemistry Experts (Masters/PhDs) to train AI models by designing and solving advanced chemistry problems. You will evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to refine outputs, contributing to high-quality scientific work with flexible hours.

The role is remote, hourly, and offers 10–40 hours per week, ideal for researchers who want impact beyond the lab while maintaining academic rigor and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry or closely related field.
• Deep expertise in at least one core area: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry.
• Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP.
• Exceptionally clear written communicator with a sharp eye for scientific detail.
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment.
• Fluent in English.
