Responsibilities

• Chemical Analysis: Testing steel samples to check carbon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, and other alloy percentages.
• Instrument Operation: Using laboratory equipment such as optical emission spectrometers (OES) and wet chemical testing methods.
• Quality Compliance: Ensuring that final steel outputs meet national and international manufacturing standards.
• Process Monitoring: Checking raw materials and scrap metal inputs before they go through the melting and rolling stages
