The ideal candidate holds an MSc in Chemistry with 3–6 years of relevant experience and good communication skills; proficiency in MS Office is expected. This position requires hands-on lab work and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow 5S and safety compliance in the lab and surroundings.
• Maintain good laboratory practices per Lanxess safety standards.
• Receive training on analytical techniques and instruments.
• Maintain analysis records for quality control.
• Learn laboratory documentation maintenance.
• Train in calibration of instruments (in-house/external).
• Support chemists in retain samples management.
• Prepare standard laboratory analysis solutions.
• Assist daily lab activities alongside other chemists.
