Job summary

Biocon Biologics Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to collect samples, run tests, and issue reports following documented procedures. You will operate HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF titrator and ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and good documentation practices, maintaining quality records and performing instrument calibration and validation as required.

Requirements include MSc Chemistry or MPharma and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Collect samples and perform tests according to documented procedures.
• Maintain lab records and ensure good documentation practices.
• Perform validation analyses and instrument calibration as per procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spectroscopy and chromatography theory.
• Communicate findings clearly and accurately.

Job description

• To collect samples,carry out all tests andissue test reports as per documented procedures.
• Ability to handle HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF Titrator and be well-versed with instrumentation.
• Adherence to Good Laboratory Practice and good manufacturing practices in Lab.
• Adherence to Good documentation practices as per the procedures.
• Generation and maintenance of Quality records,
• Adherence to Product Specifications, SOP’s, IOP’s.
• To perform the analysis of validation (analytical, process) samples, calibration of instruments as per the procedure.
• Good basic knowledge on spectroscopy, theoretical knowledge on chromatography, and knowledge on preparation of volumetric solutions.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should have good analytical skills.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: Msc Chemistry / M Pharmacy
