Job summary

Nichino is hiring for a production operator in Hyderabad, Telangana to monitor batch manufacturing and ensure GMP adherence. The role involves reaction monitoring, raw material charging, and process adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

You will coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, troubleshoot deviations, and support cost reduction and process optimization initiatives while maintaining 5S and safety standards onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of batch records and logbooks.
• Familiarity with 5S and safety norms.
• Willingness to work in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control batch manufacturing processes as per SOPs and process parameters.
• Handle reaction monitoring, charging of raw materials, and process adjustments.
