Responsibilities

• Standardize new test methods.
• Prepare samples and report results.
• Perform maintenance checks on instruments.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation issues.
• Maintain instrument databases.
• Active participation in IIS & ILC PT samples for the above tests.
• Update the list of CRMs, SRMs and RMs.
• Validate test methods.
• Ensure on-time TAT as per customer promise with reliable results.
• Proper documentation as ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Job Purpose

Responsible for sampling, processing, instrumentation & troubleshooting, reporting and documentation as per key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardization of new test methods.
• Sample preparation, extraction and reporting of organic and inorganic tests.
• Check preventive maintenance records for all related sophisticated instruments.
• Instrumentation and troubleshooting of GC, GC‑MS, HPLC, ICP‑MS etc.
• Maintain the instrument database.
• Active participation in IIS & ILC PT samples for the above tests.
• Update the list of CRMs, SRMs and RMs.
• Validate test methods.
• Ensure on‑time TAT as per customer promise with reliable results.
• Proper documentation as ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
