Job summary

Dynamic Talent Acquistion Pune in Pune seeks a Chartered Accountant to lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. You will oversee export-import accounting, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP, Tally, Oracle, or Dynamics. Knowledge of FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and customs is essential.

Qualifications

• CA with 1–5 years of relevant experience; freshly qualified CAs welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounts, GST, and Export-Import.
• Familiarity with FEMA, RBI, DGFT, Customs, and international trade docs.
• Experience in distribution finance and channel accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Handle export-import accounting, documentation, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI, DGFT, and Customs.
• Coordinate with distributors, receivables, claims, incentives, and rebates.
• Monitor working capital, margins, profitability, and business performance.
