Job summary

Giiava in Pune seeks a finance leader to oversee accounting operations, book closure, ledger scrutiny, and the preparation of financial statements for group companies.

You will ensure GST, TDS, income tax, ROC filings, and other statutory compliances, coordinate audits, and liaise with auditors and authorities during assessments.

The role also covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, MIS reporting, and strengthening internal financial controls to enable informed management decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, book closure, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of financial statements for group companies.
• Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Audit
• Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost analysis, and variance analysis for management decision-making
• Banking & Cash flow management- Monitor daily banking activities, fund flow management, working capital requirements, and banking documentation.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, budget analysis, profitability reports, and management reports.
• Maintain proper financial records, accounting documentation, and compliance registers as per company policies and legal requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen internal financial controls, and support management in financial decision-making
