Job summary

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditor
• Day-to-day accounting activities
• Preparation of monthly MIS, investor reporting and board presentation
• Preparation of annual budget
• Responsible for timely collection, invoicing and payments
• Responsible for statutory and tax compliances/payments
• Cash flow projection and cash reinvestment
• Responsible to prepare business models as per business requirements
• Analyzing financial data
• Contribution towards cost optimization
• Preparing financial reports, financial statements, getting audits done viz. statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, other audits as and when arise.
• Ensuring accuracy of financial information
• Other responsibilities as and when the need arises
