Job summary

OP Bagla & Co LLP in Delhi NCR is seeking a Chartered Accountant with hands-on internal audit experience in the hotel/hospitality sector to join our Internal Audit team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of audit experience, a strong grasp of controls and risk assessment, and the ability to manage audits independently while delivering clear analytical reports and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with relevant Internal Audit experience
• Strong understanding of audit processes, controls & risk assessment
• Experience in the Hotel/Hospitality sector will be essential
• Good analytical, reporting and communication skills
• Ability to independently handle audit assignments

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits in hotel/hospitality establishments
• Assess controls, identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Coordinate with management to implement corrective actions
