Responsibilities

• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits and other assurance assignments.
• Manage direct taxation matters, including income tax return preparation, tax computations, TDS compliance and assistance with assessments and notices.
• Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations and related advisory matters.
• Undertake accounting, bookkeeping, finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Handle ROC and other statutory compliance assignments, wherever applicable.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, reconciliations and other professional documentation.
• Coordinate with clients for information, documentation, compliance requirements and assignment completion.
• Assist in tax planning, financial analysis and other advisory assignments.
• Ensure quality of work and timely completion of assignments within prescribed deadlines.
