Job summary

VISA Group in Kolkata seeks a seasoned Corporate Finance Leader (CA) to guide strategic financial initiatives and advisory services for the Chairman and senior management.

You will lead IPO, M&A, fundraising, and capital markets activities, coordinate with banks and advisors, perform due diligence, modelling, and present MIS to leadership while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CA mandatory with 10–12 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking or capital markets.
• Prior IPO/M&A or fundraising project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial and corporate advisory support to the Chairman and senior management.
• Lead/support IPO, M&A, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment banks, auditors, legal advisors and other external consultants.
• Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and transaction analysis.
• Prepare financial analysis, business plans, presentations and MIS for the Chairman's review.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on key risks and opportunities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information.

• Experience of working on IPO / M&A / fundraising transactions will be highly preferred.
