Job summary

Qualifications

• CA qualification in a recognized institute with strong ethics.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Patel Nagar. The Chartered Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The role involves conducting audits, supporting assurance engagements, reviewing internal controls, and preparing detailed reports for management and external stakeholders. The professional will analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, advise on tax compliance and planning, and contribute to financial and business advisory projects. Day-to-day responsibilities also include working closely with clients, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely deliverables, and supporting system improvements and process efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and knowledge of Indian GAAP/Ind AS.
• Candidates should possess audit and assurance skills, including internal audit, statutory audit support, internal controls evaluation, and risk assessment capabilities.
• Candidates should possess taxation and compliance skills, including direct and indirect tax knowledge, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with relevant laws and standards.
• Candidates should possess financial analysis and advisory skills, including budgeting, forecasting, valuation understanding, and business performance review.
• Candidates should possess systems and process-oriented skills, including comfort with accounting/ERP software, data analysis tools, and process improvement or system development exposure.
• Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication, client interaction, and collaborative team working abilities.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institute is required; additional certifications in finance, audit, or taxation are an advantage.
• Relevant experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate finance roles, with a strong attention to detail and high ethical standards, will be beneficial.
