Job summary

Gallagher & Mohan is a KPO firm providing accounting, financial analysis, and real estate support to clients across the US and Europe. They are seeking a CA with 1–3 years of experience to handle GL posting, R2R, AP/AR, monthly statements, and vendor management.

The role requires strong Excel skills and fluent English communication for client-facing interactions with US clients and property managers. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused opportunity in Delhi.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required; CMA/CPA/USCPA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and GL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle GL posting and R2R accounting.
• Manage AP, AR, invoices, payments and receipts.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Work on Yardi/RealPage and QuickBooks Online.
• Vendor management and utility bill monitoring.
• Research and resolve accounting issues.
• Support audits, reporting and special projects.
• Communicate with US clients and property managers.
