Job summary

Nivara Home Finance is seeking a Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee financial accounting, compliance, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and audits. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and supports strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include month-end close, regulatory reporting, risk assessment, and leading a Finance & Accounts team. This position is based in Bangalore, with emphasis on strong governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• CA preferred, CMA may also be considered.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in an HFC, NBFC, or banking sector is preferred.

• Oversee financial accounting, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with NHB/RBI regulations, Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and Income Tax requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and lender reporting.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure accurate loan portfolio accounting, reconciliations, and provisioning.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
