• Relieving Letters from all previous employers are mandatory.
• Candidates who have attended a TCS interview in the last 6 months are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage cards dispute processes and chargebacks for merchant transactions.
• Resolve credit card and debit card disputes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Support international BPS operations with customer and stakeholder communication.
