Qualifications

The Channel Specialist - Events Executive Client Engagement is the execution backbone for priority events and executive interactions. Reporting to the offshore Channel Lead - Events Executive Client Engagement, this role produces, governs, and readies all event and executive-facing assets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, accessibility, and reuse across conferences, client summits, advisory boards, and virtual programs. The Specialist operates primarily asynchronously with structured overlap for reviews and approvals, enabling US on-ground teams to deliver high-impact, measurable experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute the event content plan by developing and managing brochures, one-pagers, booth screens, session slides, demo narratives, videos, and digital assets for in-person and virtual events
  • Build and maintain content toolkits (templates, modules, messaging snippets) with metadata, tagging, and version control to enable efficient reuse and consistency
  • Support executive client engagement materials (briefing books, tailored case studies, follow-up emails) and coordinate approvals with brand, legal, and compliance
  • Partner with creative teams and agencies on copy, design, video edits, and motion assets, ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and quality standards
  • Coordinate logistics inputs for content (specs, deadlines, run-of-show, print/digital delivery) and own checklists/QA to ensure assets are show-ready
  • Use AI tools to draft abstracts, session descriptions, recap summaries, and asset variants within established governance; apply human review to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track engagement metrics (asset downloads, QR scans, session attendance, booth interactions) and prepare clean reports/insight summaries for optimization
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation required for regulatory compliance and internal governance processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Overall, 8+ years of experience with 7+ years of experience in event content production, marketing communications, sales enablement, or related roles within complex/regulated environments
  • Hands-on proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), event platforms, digital asset management, and basic video workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and comfort adopting new tools and standardized workflows
  • Demonstrated solid writing and editing skills with attention to detail for accuracy, accessibility (e.g., alt text, contrast), and brand voice
  • Demonstrated solid project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
