Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited in Mumbai seeks a driven professional to manage the daily activity of producers, coach agents to cross-sell, and grow the pipeline while ensuring licensing compliance. You will recruit and appoint agents for general insurance, train them on products, processes and USP, and guide them on policy services, aiming for 20% YoY growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in any General Insurance company.
• Graduate from any discipline.
• IRDA licensing and compliance knowledge is a plus.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Recruitment

• To identify a person who is gives us time to do a motor insurance business.
• Attempt to competition motor agents to associate with us
• Input Activities: Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATAAIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contest, Educational programs etc.
• To do engagement activities on daily basis for producers.
• Weekly and Monthly development sessions for producers.
• Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.
• Sales Support like endorsement, form filling, portal training and other operation related activities.
• Monthly quarterly and yearly goal settings with producers.

Internal Stakeholders

• CSM – For Business Sourcing.
• ZSM – For Approvals.
• HR Team – For Recruitments & Incentives
• IT Team – For IT & Server related issues.

External Stakeholders

• Agents – Regarding New Tie-Ups & Regular Visits.

Experience

1-2 years experience in any General Insurance company.

Education

Graduate from Any Discipline with Prior Experience
