JOB DESCRIPTION: CHANNEL SALES MANAGER - AGENCY CHANNEL

1. Responsible for recruitment of agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.
2. Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.
3. Work towards achieving sales targets.
4. Responsible for activation of agents.
5. Maintain hygiene and compliance standards.
6. Handle frontline and field sales activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate; MBA freshers can also apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales preferred.
• Must be passionate about sales.
