• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder communications and change-related escalations.
• Act as backup for Configuration Management activities when required.

About the Role:

Agfa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Change Manager to join its Global IT (Information & Communication Systems) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and coordinating changes across Agfas global IT landscape, ensuring that modifications to infrastructure, applications, platforms, and services are implemented in a controlled and efficient manner.

You will play a critical role in minimizing business risk and service disruption while maximizing the success rate of IT changes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and external vendors, you will ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence across the change management process.

What Youll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations environments.

• Strong understanding of Change Management principles and best practices.

• Experience working in outsourced IT environments and managing third-party service providers.

• Technical background with a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and application environments.

• Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively in a global organization with geographically distributed teams.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional are considered an asset.
