Deliver hands-on change management for the country transition portfolio as part of the country Programme Delivery & PMO capability in Krakow and Bangalore, working into the local VP / centre delivery leadership and under functional guidance from the Level B VP Change. Partner with Project Managers to ensure transition activity is understood, adopted and embedded on the ground. This role suits practical change practitioners with transition delivery experience, strong materials creation, stakeholder engagement and a passion for making change land for impacted teams.
