Newpage Solutions is hiring a Change & Enablement Specialist to help drive adoption of two enterprise AI agent platforms for our client: a Microsoft Foundry–based agent platform and a new AWS AgentCore platform. You will produce onboarding materials, documentation, training content and internal communications that help consuming teams get started quickly and confidently.

• Organise enablement sessions, track attendance, and maintain FAQs up to date.

Your Mission

We are hiring a Change & Enablement Specialist to help drive adoption of two enterprise AI agent platforms for our client: a Microsoft Foundry–based agent platform about to launch, and a new AWS AgentCore platform.

Working closely with the Lead Change & Communication Manager, you will produce the onboarding materials, documentation, training content and internal communications that help consuming teams get started quickly and confidently.

You will help drive adoption through onboarding materials for consuming teams, enablement sessions, office hours, documentation standards, and internal communications as capabilities ship.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who writes clearly, loves turning technical detail into simple guidance, and keeps an enablement programme running smoothly day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Create onboarding guides, quick-start guides, FAQs, how-to articles, slide decks, one-pagers and short videos for both platforms.
• Write and maintain platform documentation to the agreed standards and templates, keeping content current as new capabilities ship.
• Work with platform engineers and SMEs to gather accurate technical content and turn it into clear, user-friendly material.

Communications

• Draft release notes, announcements, newsletters and channel posts for review by the Lead.
• Manage the communications calendar and distribution lists.
• Maintain the platform knowledge hub (intranet / Confluence / SharePoint), keeping content organised and easy to find.

Enablement & Feedback

• Organise enablement sessions and office hours — scheduling, invites, materials, recordings, attendance tracking and follow-ups.
• Capture questions and feedback from sessions and support channels, and keep FAQs up to date.
• Help compile monthly adoption and engagement reports.

What You Bring

• 5-7 years in internal communications, technical writing, training/enablement or change support, ideally in a technology environment.
• Excellent written English — able to turn technical input into clear, concise documentation and communications.
• Strong skills with PowerPoint, Word, Confluence/SharePoint and Teams/Slack, plus a good design sense (Canva, Figma or similar).
• Comfort working with technical subject matter — cloud, APIs, AI/GenAI concepts — and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple deliverables, events and deadlines.
• A collaborative, proactive approach in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder team.

Bonus Skills / Experience

• Exposure to Azure, AWS or AI/agent platforms (Microsoft Foundry, Bedrock, Copilot Studio, etc.).
• Experience with docs-as-code (Markdown, GitHub, MkDocs) or LMS / e-learning tools.
• Video editing / screen recording (Camtasia, Loom, Clipchamp).
• Pharma, life sciences or regulated-industry experience.
• Change management foundation training (e.g. Prosci).
