Job summary

The role offers exposure to finance transformation, MIS reporting, and ongoing client communications within a dynamic CFO support service team.

Qualifications

• Qualified/ Semi-qualified CA with 2–3 years of experience in accounting and audits.
• Experience in financial reporting, GST/Tax compliance cycles, and IndAS awareness.
• Knowledge of ERP transformation and finance transformation projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting and audit readiness, guiding teams on deliverables.
• Contribute to ERP transformation and improvements in financial reporting.
• Ensure timely MIS packs and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support governance, controls, and regulatory compliance across engagements.
• Mentor juniors and promote adoption of digital tools for efficiency.

By partnering closely with our clients, we work to minimize risks related to finance and accounting, providing a strategic, hands-on approach that strengthens overall financial operations and ensures long-term compliance and stability.

Role Description

Lead client accounting and audit readiness, guide teams, and contribute to ERP transformation and financial reporting improvements and IndAS.

  Client deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks; 90% positive client feedback.

  Achieve 1015% YoY improvement in process turnaround time and maintain full compliance with TDS, GST, and accounting regulations.
  Zero non-compliance observations in reviews/audits; reduced processing time for standard tasks.
• 3. Robust Reporting & Audit Readiness
  Deliver accurate MIS reports and maintain audit-ready documentation at all times.
  100% on-time submission of MIS packs; all audit queries addressed within stipulated timelines.
• 4. Knowledge Contribution & Client Engagement
  Publish 23 client case studies/articles annually and support ongoing client communications.
  Thought leadership contributions published; active involvement in newsletters or client documentation.
• 5. People Development & Digital Adoption
  Mentor at least one team member and apply at least one digital tool to improve internal efficiency.
