Profile Hr Consultants invites a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance function for our real estate and construction clients in India. The Head Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance & MIS will shape strategy, manage fundraising, cash flow and profitability across projects.

The role emphasizes cost control, regulatory compliance (GST/RERA) and building scalable financial systems with ERP integration and strong internal controls, IT and digital governance.

Qualifications

• CA with 20+ years of experience in real estate/construction.
• Proven track record in fundraising and capital management.
• Strong knowledge of GST, GST, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance across accounts, taxation, compliance and MIS.
• Drive strategy, project finance, fundraising and cash flow optimization.
• Improve profitability, cost control and internal controls.
• Oversee ERP integration and IT/digital governance.
• Strengthen compliance and scalable financial systems for real estate projects.
