The candidate should have CFA credentials or progress (Level II/III) with strong academics, and a background in finance education. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly package in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CFA teaching or related finance instruction.
• CFA Charterholder preferred; Level II/III clear with strong academics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Commerce/Economics.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, equity, fixed income, derivatives, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live classroom and online CFA sessions across Level I–III topics.
• Record lectures and revision videos for QuintEdge's content library.
• Prepare and update lecture content, presentations, and practice questions per CFA curriculum.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and mock exams.
• Evaluate student performance and provide structured feedback.
• Collaborate with content team to develop study materials and question banks.
• Track CFA curriculum changes and update teaching material accordingly.
• Support batch-level student engagement and contribute to student success outcomes.

Role Summary

QuintEdge is hiring a CFA Faculty member for its upcoming Bangalore campus. The role involves delivering live classroom and online instruction across the CFA curriculum, building and maintaining practitioner-grade teaching content, and guiding students through their exam preparation journey using QuintEdge's intuition-first teaching approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live classroom and online sessions across CFA Level I / II / III topics as assigned
• Record lecture and revision videos for QuintEdge's content library as required
• Prepare and continuously update lecture content, presentations, and practice question banks aligned with the current CFA Institute curriculum
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and mock exams
• Evaluate student performance through assignments and mock tests, providing structured feedback
• Collaborate with the content team to develop and refine study material, workbooks, and question banks
• Track CFA Institute curriculum changes each cycle and update teaching material accordingly
• Support batch-level student engagement and contribute to overall student success outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in CFA or a related finance curriculum
• CFA Charterholder strongly preferred; candidates who have cleared CFA Level II or III with a strong academic record and demonstrated teaching aptitude will also be considered
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Strong command over portfolio management, equity, fixed income, derivatives, and financial reporting topics
• Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills

Compensation

Rs. 1,20,000 - Rs. 1,40,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
