The Certified Personal Trainer at Think Rooter will provide in-person fitness instruction and coaching to clients at our Gurgaon location, designing safe and effective workout programs tailored to individual goals and abilities. This full-time, on-site role includes conducting fitness assessments, leading one-on-one and small group training sessions, and monitoring client progress to adjust plans as needed. The trainer will educate clients on proper exercise techniques, recovery strategies, and basic nutrition principles to support overall wellness. Daily responsibilities involve maintaining a motivating and professional training environment, documenting sessions and outcomes, and collaborating with other health and wellness professionals within the consortium.
