Qualifications
Basic qualification: –
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
At least 1 year customer service, call center, hospitality and/or technical support work experience.
At least 5years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Software Engineering.
Preferred Qualification: –
Training, experience, or certifications for multiple operating systems including Linux, Windows, VMS, HPUX or AIX.
Experience with monitoring solutions like Insight, Remedy and BMC Patrol.
Basic understanding of computing concepts, such as system/performance bottlenecks, physical and virtual memory, remote computing solutions (Citrix) and networking (OSI layers).
