Work Location– Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

• Overall, 8-12 Yrs years of experience
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharma/Life Science Industry
• Hands-on work as a Business Analyst on Clinical applications on Patient Recruitment Platforms, Clinical Data Management Applications (RAVE, Oracle LSH, CTMS, CDMS etc.) , Pharmacovigilance (Argus, ARISg) applications.
• Possess very good analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience in clinical trials desirable
• Work with clients to understand their analytics and business needs for developing and delivering solutions
• Define requirements and use cases for features and functionality
• Create documents such as business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, analytics plans, quality checklists, etc. for use by both internal and external customers
• Work with technical team in guiding them to convert business use case to technical requirements
• Work with end clients and internal teams to deploy new initiatives
• Work directly with clients and client stakeholders
• Work with technical teams to deliver on client requirements quickly and accurately
• Perform functionality testing to ensure the output meets the requirements
• Assist end users in UAT
• Provide suggestions to client on features/functionalities.
