The CRG Technical Transaction Team (TTT) is a critical element of the 60+ person J.P. Morgan North American Oil and Gas Investment Bank, located in Houston. We are regularly involved with valuation, technical side and buy‑side asset and corporate advisory roles in the upstream and midstream space, including supporting banking teams in IPOs, debt offerings, asset level evaluation of technical data, asset and corporate models and providing technical insight.
We are looking to recruit an energetic Petroleum Engineer who will work as a core member of J.P. Morgan’s CRG TTT. This person will be responsible for technical evaluation of oil and gas assets through data analysis, technical‑transaction analysis, decline curve creation and asset/corporate corporate model assisting in generating and preparing pitch materials and offering presentations.

B.Tech or M.Tech in Petroleum Engineering; investment banking or consulting experience is a plus.
