The company is a subsidiary of ASAHI INDIA GLASS LIMITED, the largest integrated glass company in India. AIS Windshield Experts has a network of 100+ service centers spread across 50+ cities in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Center Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process.
