Job Description:
Celestial AI is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to be part of our team and play a critical role in building and maintaining a world-class IT infrastructure.

The IT team at Celestial is a global team of IT professionals who take up transformational technology initiatives and bring value to the business by creating a great work environment and a world-class infrastructure for the engineers to be highly productive and efficient.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Setup, manage and maintain servers at local colocation datacenter
2. Work with networking infrastructure
3. Maintain firewalls
4. Create and maintain storage and backups
5. Setting up Linux and Windows system work environments
6. Working with monitoring tools, KVM virtualization, LVM
7. Security management
8. Setting up and maintaining virtual machines and dockers

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. You must be passionate about creating and maintaining IT infrastructure, versatile and flexible, team player, with a strong can-do mentality.
2. Be a people person with great communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
3. 5-12 years of experience as an IT engineer in the industry
4. Experience in maintaining servers and datacenters
5. Familiarity with Windows and Linux system administration
6. Bachelor’s degree in any computer-related field
