Job summary

Newpage Solutions seeks a skilled CDP Engineer to design scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and build customer data models. You will integrate multiple data sources, enable analytics, and support activation across the CDP ecosystem.

Responsibilities include ELT/ETL development, event-driven architectures, and AWS serverless integrations. Collaboration with product, analytics, and business teams is essential to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or CDP Engineering.
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise.
• Strong SQL and data modelling knowledge.
• Experience building ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt or similar tools.
• Experience with batch, incremental, and near real-time data processing.
• Good understanding of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 or other CDPs.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, files, and event/streaming patterns.
• Understanding of data security, governance, RBAC, and privacy (GDPR/CCPA).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

• Integrate Snowflake with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
• Support Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and activation.
• Implement data quality, governance, and privacy controls.
• Automate deployments with Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, applications, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Your Mission

We are looking for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, data engineering, AWS serverless services, event-driven architecture, and Salesforce Data Cloud optional.

The candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, designing customer data models, integrating multiple data sources, and enabling analytics and activation use cases across the CDP ecosystem.

What You Ll Do

What You Bring
