You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Executive Leadership to design, develop, and deliver analytical solutions. Responsibilities include data extraction, dashboard development, forecasting, and ensuring data quality across large datasets; strong SQL and BI skills are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams.

Summary

Serve as a strategic partner in leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to design, develop, and deliver analytical solutions that influence business decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to communicate data findings effectively.
• Conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather data requirements and develop models or frameworks that support forecasting, segmentation, and scenario analysis.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity by developing and enforcing quality control procedures and validation techniques.
• Partners with engineering and data teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize access to clean, structured datasets.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear business narratives supported by data.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
