Job summary

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited in Hyderabad invites applications for a CCTV Diagnostics Technician based in Punjagutta. The role involves installation support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and diagnosis of CCTV surveillance systems to keep them operational.

You will work with DVR/NVR, IP cameras, basic networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, PoE), use LAN testers and multimeters, and prepare service reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Ability to prepare service reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a CCTV Diagnostics Technician responsible for installation support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and diagnosis of CCTV surveillance systems. The role involves identifying hardware, network, connectivity, recording, and camera-related issues and ensuring systems remain operational.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CCTV/IP surveillance systems.
• Hands-on experience with DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ping, IP addressing, PoE.
• Ability to use basic diagnostic tools such as LAN testers and multimeters.
• Knowledge of UTP cabling and RJ45 termination.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and CCTV monitoring software.
