Job summary

Country Delight is seeking a reliable CCTV Technician (CCTV Technical Associate) to support installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance systems across our Hyderabad network. The role involves hands-on fieldwork at Plants, DCs, WHs and MCCs to ensure CCTV uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate has 13 years of experience in CCTV or ITI background and is willing to travel across multiple sites to resolve issues and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education: 10+2 or ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Hardware (preferred).
• Experience: 13 years in CCTV installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting (preferred).
• Technical knowledge: CCTV camera setup and maintenance; DVR/NVR configuration; basic networking, wiring, and power supply management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems across sites.
• Handle installation and configuration of cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and basic networking setup.
• Respond to service calls, identify root causes, and perform timely corrective actions.
• Maintain service records and provide daily updates on work completion.
• Coordinate with plant and regional maintenance teams for technical support and spare parts.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety and company standards during installations and repairs.
• Travel to various sites within the region on a regular basis.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled CCTV Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems across our operational network in the Hyderabad region. The role requires hands-on fieldwork across Plants, Distribution Centres (DCs), Warehouses (WHs), and Milk Collection Centres (MCCs) to ensure the safety, security, and continuous functioning of CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems across all assigned sites.
• Handle installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and basic networking setup.
• Respond to service calls, identify root causes of issues, and perform timely corrective actions.
• Maintain service records and provide daily updates on work completion.
• Coordinate with plant and regional maintenance teams for technical support and spare part requirements.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety and company standards during all installations and repairs.
• Travel to various operational sites within the region on a regular basis.
