Job summary

Avitux Solutions is seeking a field IT support engineer to handle on-site installation, service and repair of CCTV, access control, networking, and IoT devices across client sites in Gujarat.

The role emphasizes fault diagnosis, wiring, testing, commissioning, coordinating with project managers, and delivering after-sales support with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical Support of the entire IT Hardware & Networking / CCTV / ELV
• Performing on-site installation, service and repair, alteration and maintenance for CCTV, Access Control, Computers, I.T. Peripherals & Networking, Intrusion Detection and Digital IoT Devices
• Identify Rack Location & Cabling Route being cost effective & easy for future Maintenance as per blueprint, design, schematic
• Practicing best procedures for Errorfree Measurement / Drilling / Installation, Configuration & Commissioning on site
• Report & Coordinates with Team Lead / Project Managers and other trades daily or as needed to complete projects and services efficiently
• Submission of Daily Tracking, Monitoring, Reporting of Site Execution & Project Progress to Reporting Manager
• Responsible for Site Evaluation, Diagnoses, Troubleshooting, program, test, Operate systems & manual Execution, Project Handover, Demonstration & After Sales Service with utmost customer satisfaction
• Computer, Laptop and Other I.T. Peripherals Structured Network Cabling on site & Managing Work Stations, Server, Firewall, NAS, Security & Surveillance Systems Connectivity, Wi-Fi & Software related issues
• Calling customer for Inquiry, Payment, Feedback & Follow-ups
