Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Have an understanding of the business processes, guide business requirements gathering and designing solutions with an experience of having handled a minimum 2 end to end implementations and upgrade projects.

Serve as a conduit between business and technology and be adaptable to work with multiple platforms.

Be able to take initiatives by analyzing the risks and guiding the management as well as the teams to take it forward.

Ability to understand the Tax calculation procedure, Global and Country specific Tax requirements and Tax reporting.

Ability to Config SAP Tax calculation procedure and Vertex system set up based on Global & Country specific requirements and create the custom rules.

Take the responsibility and accountability towards the organizational technology needs.

Perform the role of a technical leader having functional / technical skills and also exhibit leadership qualities, having the ability to lead people. Be people oriented and should be able to act as a mentor and coach for the team members.

Ability to motivate the team and also have the ability of facilitating team activities and organize teamwork into a process-oriented manner.

Be able to sponsor innovation in the teamwork and oversee all aspects of system solutions.

Required Qualifications:
In SAP FI and Tax, expertise in below areas are expected

Basic Standard SAP FICO configuration.

SAP FI General Ledger.

Account Payables.

Account Receivables.

Tax.

Vertex Integration with SAP.

Integration Between FI to MM and FI to SD/ CRM.

Working knowledge / Experience on SAP S/4 HANA Migration / Implementation.

IDoc Processing.

Revenue Recognition.

FI Reporting.

Technical knowledge like ABAP or coding knowledge.

College or university degree or equivalent experience

• Undergraduate / Postgraduate degree in Finance.
• 10 to 12 years of progressively responsible job-related experiences
• Ability to listen to others is important to the job
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
