Job summary

Quantbot is looking for a program management professional to support the CEO's office and founder's office in India. You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate ideas into actionable plans to accelerate business impact.

You must have strong SQL, analytical thinking, and an ownership mindset with bias for action to tackle ambiguous challenges and ensure on-ground execution across projects.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Program Management, CEO's Office, Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar problem-solving roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work through ambiguous business challenges
Strong SQL skills are mandatory
Ability to drive and manage on-ground operations and execution
Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
