Job description

1. To explain bills to patients, consulting regarding day-to-day expenditure, surgery costs, etc.
2. To carry out and inform patients about payment of dues and answer their queries in this regard.
3. To ensure that the payment is done by patients.
4. Report to the manager TAT about any incidents or escalating issues.
5. To provide the estimation of CMRF other than PMRF.
6. To estimate the expenditure of special procedures and ensure the collection of 80% before the procedure.
7. To coordinate with doctors and other department staff.
8. To prepare all general correspondence letters received by patients.
9. Daily floor visits/patient rounds and counseling, cross-verifying the raised bill against the pending collection, and payment advance collection for LAMA & seriously ill patients.
