We are hiring for an ITES company for the Cargo Revenue Accounting Team Member/Analyst role.

Job description:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in airline cargo revenue accounting is mandatory.
• Analyze various fields on AWB against data captured in the airline cargo operation & revenue accounting system.
• Apply various business rules for correct rating of AWB in the system.
• Apply exceptions in the system for invoicing customers across stations in the network.
• Apply correct rates on AWB (Standard tariff, Contract tariff, Adhoc rates).
• Query or make changes to data where necessary.
• Handle interline invoices & rejections from SIS.
• Handle CASS reconciliation.
• Communicate with stations, agents, and airlines.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Candidates with IATA/FIATA certification in airline cargo domain are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Cargo Revenue Accounting (Sales, Interline, & Mail Accounting).
• Knowledge of SIS & CASS invoice handling.
• In-depth analysis of various fields captured during AWB entry in the operations system (gross weight, chargeable weight, tariff charged, SHC codes, product codes, etc.) against the physical/scanned AWB copy.
• Strong communication skills in written & spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office preferred.
