Position: IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A. (Best in the industry)

Location: Work From Home until the pandemic

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle the complete IT recruitment life-cycle for sourcing domestic hiring.
  2. Sourcing candidates through internal database, job portals, social networks, and advertisements.
  3. Conduct initial screening rounds, understanding candidates' competencies and skill sets.
  4. Coordinate between candidates and the panel during the entire recruitment process.
  5. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all levels of interviews.
  6. Regularly follow up with offered candidates to ensure onboarding.
  7. Send weekly updates to show current hiring status.
