Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Counselling, Psychology, or Education with 1–3 years of experience; Master’s preferred.

Qualificações

• 1 to 3 years of experience in career counselling, teaching or related roles.
• Strong counselling and group facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Punjabi.

Role

As a Career Counsellor, you will conduct career awareness workshops, administer assessments and provide personalised career guidance to students across Punjab.
