Job Description

Candidate who has done ITI COPA are preferred.

1. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, Biometric etc.).
2. Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
3. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Ensuring electrical safety standards are met.
5. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
6. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
7. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
8. Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
9. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
10. Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
11. Conducting daily backup operations.
12. Managing technical documentation.
13. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
