Baldota Group is seeking a professional Personal Driver in Mumbai to provide safe, discreet transportation for Directors and their family members. The role requires punctuality, familiar with local routes, and experience with luxury cars.

Responsibilities include airport transfers, meetings, and routine vehicle maintenance, while ensuring confidentiality and impeccable presentation at all times. Flexibility with hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LMV driving licence.
• 7–10 years of professional driving experience, preferably with senior management/CXOs.
• In-depth knowledge of Mumbai geography, routes and traffic patterns.
• Proficient in using Google Maps and navigation apps.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Directors travel plans and discussions.
• Familiarity with high-end cars (BMW, Audi) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Directors and their family members safely to office locations, meetings, airports, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctuality and timely arrivals for all scheduled trips.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, pristine condition and perform regular pre-trip checks.
• Coordinate routine servicing, insurance renewals, and documentation.
• Follow traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of travel itineraries and official business matters.
• Plan optimal routes in advance using maps, accounting for live traffic.
• Be flexible with working hours and shifts as required.
• Record vehicle expenses, fuel receipts, and servicing logs.

The candidate should be well-mannered, discreet, punctual, and familiar with local routes and traffic conditions.

Role & responsibilities

• Drive the Director safely to office locations, meetings, business appointments, airport transfers, and other destinations.
• Ensure strict punctuality and timely arrival at all scheduled destinations.
• Maintain the vehicle in clean, pristine, and good working condition at all times.
• Perform regular pre-trip checks for fuel level, tire pressure, engine oil, coolant, and basic mechanical readiness.
• Coordinate routine vehicle servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and PUC/fitness documentation.
• Strictly follow all traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Directors travel itineraries, conversations, and official business affairs.
• Plan optimal routes in advance using Google Maps, accounting for live traffic patterns and road conditions.
• Remain flexible with working hours and duty shifts as required by the Directors schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle expenses, fuel receipts, logbooks, and servicing logs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence.
• 7 to 10 years of professional driving experience (preference for experience with Senior Management/CXOs). Must have driving knowledge of BMW, Audi and other high-end cars
• In-depth knowledge of Mumbai geography, routes, landmarks, and traffic bypasses.
• Proficiency using Google Maps and navigation apps.
• Clean driving record with zero traffic violations or major accidents.
