Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Latur, Maharashtra. The Car Driver will be responsible for safely transporting printed materials, documents, and staff between the company premises, client locations, and other destinations as required. Daily tasks include vehicle inspection, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the car, following assigned routes and schedules, and adhering to traffic and safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with office and production teams to ensure timely deliveries, assisting with loading and unloading items when needed, and maintaining accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. The driver is expected to represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to understand instructions, coordinate with team members, and interact politely with clients.
• Customer Service and Service Quality skills to ensure professional behavior, punctual deliveries, and a positive experience for all passengers and recipients.
• Automotive knowledge for safe driving, basic vehicle maintenance, and recognizing when the car needs servicing.
• Ability to participate in Training related to safety, company processes, and route familiarization.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record and familiarity with local Latur routes.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow schedules and instructions accurately.
• Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading printed materials when required.
• Prior experience as a professional driver, preferably in a commercial or logistics environment, is an advantage.
