Job summary

Accenture PLC in Mumbai is seeking a Capital Markets Services Associate to perform the role of a processor and checker in the wealth management process, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to timelines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in wealth management and capital markets roles.

The position requires working from the office in Mumbai full-time, with night shifts (4pm–4am IST) and a strong focus on process controls and compliance. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Banking Operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial transaction processing (checks, ACH, wires, transfers, payments, reporting).
• Working knowledge of US Wealth Management operations preferred.
• Ability to review transaction details and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Excellent English language proficiency and attention to detail.
• Willing to work night shifts (4pm IST to 4am IST) and from office every day.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Banking Operations.
• Good understanding of financial transaction processing, including Checks, ACH, Wire Transfers, Account-to-Account Transfers, Bill Payments, Reporting and all types of payments processing.
• Working knowledge of US Wealth Management operations is preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow process procedures, client instructions, and operational guidelines.
• Ability to review transaction details and supporting documents to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Ability to identify transaction discrepancies or exceptions and elevate them through the appropriate process.
• Good understanding of quality checks and process controls applicable to daily operations.
• Ability to manage assigned activities independently and complete them within defined timelines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand, evaluate and perform activities in the Wealth Management & Capital Market domain
• Ability to perform independently without any support with full accuracy and within timelines
• Advanced Proficiency required in English Language
• Willing to work in night shifts between 4pm IST to 4am IST
• Working only from office on all days without any exception
• Willing to work on Indian Holidays
