Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets Operations New Associate in Bengaluru to support day-to-day back-office processing for Equity and Fixed Income. You will ensure pre-matching, chase unmatched trades, and collaborate with European and regional teams to keep trade lifecycle smooth.

The role requires a Finance background and the ability to work across time zones, handle multiple data streams, and maintain accuracy under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post graduate in Finance.
• MBA Finance from reputed B-school.
• Experience in Investment banking: Trade Settlements Knowledge, Pre-matching.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Back Office processing of Equity & Fixed Income Operations.
• Ensure pre-matching is performed and follow up of unmatched trades.
• Match internal trades against market and coordinate with Front/Middle Office and brokers.
• Respond promptly to MO and external counterparty requests.

What would you do?

Responsible for handling day-to-day Back Office processing of Equity & Fixed Income Operations of the Bank. Ensure pre-matching is performed and prompt follow up of unmatched trades.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close relationship with European team and locational teams, on following duties:

• To match internal trade against market and ensure all the trades are matched
• To follow up unmatched data with Front Office, Middle Office and/or execution brokers.
• Follow & report any unmatched instructions or failed trades and liaise with the relevant parties.
• Respond promptly to MO and external counterparties requests.
