HTC Global is seeking a Business Analyst (India) to analyze business needs and design optimal IT solutions within a financial services context. You will work under minimal supervision, collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture.

They require strong SQL skills and Scrum Master certification, with hands-on experience in JIRA, Confluence, BRD, and FSD. The role supports hybrid work in Chennai and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Service industry/Capital Markets, Front Office operations, and ETF/Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for client facing applications.
• Proficient in requirement capturing using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, FSD.
• Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc. for preparation of process flows.
• Should have worked in Agile/Scaled Agile project methodologies.

About the Role:

The Business Analyst (India) analyses business, and information needs to design optimal systems solutions. Working under minimal supervision, this job designs system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job also recommends improvements to the existing IT systems and processes, The resource needs to have a Strong SQL &Scrum Master certified

Requirements:

• Experience in Financial Service industry/Capital Markets, Front Office operations, and ETF/Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for client facing applications
• Proficient in requirement capturing using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, FSD
• Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc. for preparation of process flows

• Strong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skill including collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables

• Be a team player with good communication skill and ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus
• Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams Have experience of testing real-time mission critical systems
