Job summary

About the Role

The Business Analyst (India) analyzes business, and information needs to design optimal systems solutions. Working under minimal supervision, this job designs system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job also recommends improvements to the existing IT systems and processes, The resource needs to have a Strong SQL &Scrum Master certified

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Service industry/Capital Markets, Front Office operations, and ETF/Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for client facing applications
• Proficient in requirement capturing using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, FSD
• Knowledge of tools like Visio, PowerPoint, etc. for preparation of process flows
• Should have worked in Agile/Scaled Agile project methodologies
• Able to handle projects independently with minimal supervision
• Strong cross-group collaboration and relationship management skill including collaboration with geographically dispersed teams to achieve deliverables
• Strong skill in developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Be a team player with good communication skill and ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus
• Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams Have experience of testing real-time mission critical systems
